When clients wish to pay by credit card, you can access their previously stored card information, or add new billing details, using the MINDBODY® Express app. This way, your clients can pay for products and services even when they leave their wallets at home.
To store a client’s payment card information from the Client Profile screen:
- Open the Main Menu and tap Clients.
- Search for an existing client, or add a new one.
- Scroll to the bottom of the Client Profile screen, and tap Add under Billing Info section. This will expand to the full Edit Client Profile screen.
- Enter the client's billing information, then tap Save when you're finished.
Once you store billing information for a client, the stored card will show up as a payment method on the Check Out screen.
To store a client’s payment card information during the checkout process:
You can also store a client's credit card during the checkout process, provided you have elected to key in the client's credit card number. This "Store Info" option is presented immediately after the client signs for the purchase.
Please note that this option is not available when using the mobile credit card swiper.
